Jeremy is a subject matter expert with over 25 years of experience working in building automations, facility operations, and design & construction projects.  He has led many first of their kind deployments, from the first fully automated engineering plant for the US Navy to the first Energy Star 100 & LEED EB O+M Platinum building on the west coast to over 150M SqFt of Smart Building Integrations.  Jeremy continually pushes the envelope of what’s possible in the industry, by challenging the status quo. 

Jeremy’s certifications include:  Certified Energy Manager, Certified Measurement and Verification Professional, LEED AP, Smartscore & Wiredscore AP Office & Development, Alerton BACtalk Engineer,  HVAC Refrigeration Journeyman and Non-Residential Maintenance Electrical licenses for Washington State.

Trevor Sodorff, PE

Co-Founder & CTO

Trevor is a professional mechanical engineer who has spent the last decade helping clients achieve actionable, measurable results from Smart Building Technology deployments. He has developed a skillset that bridges the world of data technology and the various real estate domains, particularly HVAC and refrigeration.

He has developed software to make data organization faster and more repeatable, has built energy and financial models for some of the largest companies in the world, and has consulted globally on the best ways to apply fault detection and diagnostics. He is a co-creator of the Digital Buildings Ontology and has deep expertise optimizing semantic models for applications and use cases.
